Changing or adding a password for a password protected page

If you would like to have a password protect page that would allow the page to be blocked to the public, and you do not want to create accounts for all of your members to login to the Dashboard of the website, follow these steps.





1. From the Dashboard go to Pages > All Pages





2. Find the page you would like to edit and hover over the page title.




3. At the top right select Password Protected here you can create or change the password, once finished click Ok and then Update.





NOTE:: If you are using the Password Protected page option and sharing the password with multiple users it is good practice to change the password often.
